In the early 1970's, Joseph Kirton, a skilled craftsman and homebuilder, formed "Kirton Homes". Over the past 30 years, Kirton Homes has emerged as one of Horry County's premiere custom home builders.

After many years of apprenticeship, Joseph's sons learned every facet of the building process. In 1993, Andy and Steve assumed the reins of Kirton Homes with the very same company philosophy as their dad.

At Kirton Homes, our mission is to provide our homeowners with the highest quality home, complete with total satisfaction. We conduct all building activities with honesty, integrity, and trust. We design our homes to last a lifetime. We use block foundations, which adds strength and straightness over poured foundations. Our roofs are custom stick built for added strength and extra storage. We even offer our own "In House" draftsman for custom design, with over 300 ready designs available.

The Grand Strand is sixty miles of white sandy beaches along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
