Kirton Homes was formed in the early 1970's by Joseph Kirton, a skilled craftsman and homebuilder.  For over 30 years, Kirton Homes have been working hard to make homebuilding more customer-oriented, more affordable and even more flexible.  This hard work as lead to Kirton Homes becoming a preferred home builder at Wild Wing Plantation and is growing into one of the area's premiere custom home builders.

Yes, we offer over 300 ready designed floor plans and even have our own "In House" draftsman for custom designs. But to us, a floor plan is just the beginning of a conversation. Once you’ve selected your plan we can make almost any change, big or small, that you can think of. Want to expand a kitchen? No problem. Want to turn a home office into a bedroom, or vice versa? You got it. And thanks to our highly refined building process, you’ll find that we make customization surprisingly affordable.

We design our homes to last a lifetime. We use block foundations, which adds strength and straightness over poured foundations. Our roofs are custom stick built for added strength and extra storage.

 

After many years of apprenticeship, Joseph's sons learned every facet of the building process. In 1993, Andy and Steve assumed the reins of Kirton Homes with the very same company philosophy as their dad.

 

 

Andy Kirton is the President and Chief Operating Officer.

A second-generation homebuilder, Andy has worked with Kirton Homes for more than 30 years. Andy is responsible for the entire construction experience; working with customers, vendors and local governing officials. He grew up in the Conway area, and graduated in (X year) from the University (or High School) of (X). In the 2000 moved to Anyor. Andy is married with 2 children and is active in coaching his kids in youth soccer.

Andy believes "Family means no one gets left behind or forgotten."

Steve is responsible for the entire construction experience; working with customers, vendors and local governing officials. He graduated from the (X), and has lived in (X) his whole life. He enjoys spending his free time with family, (X) and doing anything outdoors.
